We stayed elsewhere on the island in a villa and instead of flying straight home at the end of our holiday, we decided to lengthen it by booking a few nights in a hotel in Palma. We were drawn to this hotel as the location was very good and the Penthouse had a large terrace, so we had our own outdoor space too. The hotel was lovely, the staff were exceptional in the hotel. Room 20 is the only room on the top floor and has a jacuzzi on the terrace. The hotel also has an outdoor terrace for other guests on the roof, but this isn't visible from Room 20. The room had a mini bar, clear glass shower unit and twin sinks actually in the room, a separate toilet, wardrobe, iron/board, sofa and flat screen tv. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was in the Italian restaurant on the ground floor, included fresh fruit, juice, cheese and ham, croissants and rolls, and scrambled eggs were made fresh. Not extensive but sufficient. Fresh coffee, no earl grey tea.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was very nice, bed very comfy, bathroom lovely, huge shower. Food at the restaurant was lovely. Staff very attentive, and friendly. Only had breakfast on one occasion, there was enough choice for buffet and we had eggs made fresh. Excellent location for walking everywhere in Palma, close to Old town, shops and waterfront. Would defiantly return.

Fantastic stay...if only too short but we will be back for sure. Upon arrival during checkin we got complimentary drinks and sat down in the bar. When all was done we was shown to our room, bags already there. on the rooftop they have a sundeck and a jacuzzi.Location is perfect in the old town. We would love to come back to this hotel.

Ideal location in Old Town and a short walk to many fabulous restaurants and bars and even an authentic jazz club. There was a well maintained 20 km bike path two blocks away along the Mediterranean. Breakfasts were more than adequate and I had two very good dinners at the Ritzi, the Italian restaurant that is part of the hotel. The staff was delightful, charming, and always quite helpful. The room was a decent size with a number of cool art deco touches. The bathroom was great. Excellent WiFi in the room.

Location super, in the centre of everything. Room lovely, large comfortable bed, super bathroom and toiletries, great air conditioning and soundproofing. Buffet breakfast was small but had everything you would want and really fresh. Cooked to order bacon, eggs etc. The lady who looked breakfast was brilliant, so friendly and ensuring you had everything you needed. Staff in general were great, really helpful with taxis etc. and all friendly.

The hotel was situated in the heart of Palma Old Town, near the port and promenade. The location was excellent. The room was really comfortable, modern, spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly and attentive, and the terrace was the highlight of this hotel, great space for relaxing and enjoying beautiful views.
